2012 25 Motif Challenge: Motif #12

Here is the Flying Minor Norwegian Dragon for the 4 yr. old boy.
Pattern is here: http://www.nuperelle.net/drager/monstre/MinidragerEng.pdf
It's tatted in size 40 Lizbeth Christmas Red and Bright Orange.

I want to thank everyone who encouraged me to keep going. It took 3 tries to get the body, and 3 tries to get the first wing. I was actually able to finally get the SSSRs to work(not great, but really good I think). Now, just so you know I don't believe I have the wings done correctly, but I am very happy with how nice it looks!!! And I have gotten great compliments around home too!! :) Thanks again everyone! May you be blessed!!! :)

I love the colors you chose for the dragon! I'm thinking of making one for my grandson in blues and greens. I'm glad you persevered... you've encouraged me to do the same!

Thanks for all the awesome compliments and encouragement!!!
Julie-I was intimidated by it too, but I really wanted to give that boy something to make him feel special.
Diane- With all the awesome things you have done I believe you could do this much better than me, and I think blues and greens will be awesome too!!
All I can say to anyone who thinks about trying it is to at least try and you can always ask these awesome tatters for suggestions and help! :)
