My Diamond Point Snowflake pattern is available to purchase.

Since I am new to selling online I
am trying the most cost efficient way
for me.
I created a facebook page for selling
with our daughter's Mermade Creations.
Here is the link:

Thank you to all who encouraged me!! :)

Have a great Easter weekend!!! :)

Denise's Test Tatted Snowflake

Denise is my tatting friend from Tollway
Tatters.  She volunteered to test tat my
snowflake pattern.  She tatted in size 20
and her snowflake is 5 1/2 inches across.
She did an awesome job and helped me
a lot!!

My first and my test tatted flakes are
both tatted in size 40 and they are 4 1/2
inches across.
A huge thank you to Denise!!!  :)
Now, I have to figure out the selling
part.  I have checked out Etsy, but I
am not sure it would be profitable for
me, so my daughter is suggesting that
if someone wants the pattern, I could
have them send payment to my Paypal account
and then I e-mail the pattern to them.  If
you already sell patterns, and have advice
I am listening and trying to learn quick.  ;)
Have a wonderful tatting filled day!!!  :)

Just a little tatting..

Tatting is great, but not when your brain is not
engaged!!!  Sunday I woke up at 3am, yesterday
at 5am, and today at 4am and I am NOT a morning
person!!!
So, tatting has been slow, but some progress has
been made.  Renulek's Spring Doily has the start
of round 7.
My suncatcher has the first of 2 green rounds.
My snowflake pattern has been test tatted by me
and a tatting friend.  She has been a wonderful
help to make sure it's correct!!

Have a wonderful tatting filled day!!! :)

A Snowflake of my own design & Out for a walk today.....

I was inspired by the wall decoration I made and thought it would make a great new snowflake. So, I sat and tatted it. I did the outside and then decided to figure out a center since the wall decoration was tatted around an Ice Drop and I wanted just a snowflake. I then tatted a center which I kind of liked, but not well enough, so I cut it out and started over, and cut that one out because I knew it wouldn't work, and then I went simple and it looks great to me. I am thinking if any tatters like it enough and would be willing to pay for the pattern, then I will write it up and learn how to sell it. ;) I call it the Diamond Point Snowflake(the points make me think of diamonds.

Oh boy, Sarah got me out of the house and we went to Hobby Lobby. Did you know it's a VERY tempting place to go when things are on super sale??? Just look and see(and this is after what Sarah got me the other day)!!

Ok, so the walk was around Hobby Lobby, and 3 of
our other local stores(two to look for something, and
the other for a few grocery items.  It's the longest walk
had in 10 weeks.
Can't wait to see everyone from Tollway Tatters on
Zoom tomorrow morning.
Have a fabulous tatting filled weekend everyone!!! :)
