actually supposed to be a hexagon shaped doily,
but....I love this look!!!!
So, I sewed in the ends and left it as is. ;)

if you add a motif to each end, a square if joined
differently, and I am sure endless other possibilities!

I do like the shape. That’s the advantage of motifs that can be joined in different ways. I like the Autumn thread too.
