All you can do is tat!!

Our water was shut off for over 3 hours
yesterday, and then again today(our trailer
park has old pipes and they just keep repairing
bandaging them).  Well, since I couldn't do
laundry or dishes and I got other things done,
all I could do was tat.  I got to work finishing
the tatting of the chain.  Now, all I need to do
is sew in ends, add a clasp, and some tiny
butterflies.  :)
A closer view of the chain.
Have a wonderful tat-filled day!!! :)

If I didn't have water, I'd tat too! ;-)

Oh I love this. and if you don't want it you can give it to me 😄 just kidding sorta ha ha ha💗 you really did an excellent job the placement of the matching beads, you didnt overdo and put too many that would be distracting from the pendent, I love it💖
I hate it when water goes out. It seemed to happen more when I had little one at home. And no car😏 I learned real fast to have a stock of water and still do to this day.

Thank you both very much!!! :)
Madtatter80, as I said, the trailer park seems to just want to bandage the problem. We have been here 7 years and it's been shut off constantly over 50 times now I am guessing(I lost count after 30). I am glad you like the necklace!! :)

I've been following your progress on this necklace and am so impressed with the finished design! I am not inclined to make tatted necklaces for my pendants because it's easier for me to use various types and lengths of chains to go with whatever outfit I'm wearing. But this tatted necklace is the perfect match to showcase this beautiful pendant! You have come up with a clever way to encase the round 'shell'. I think this necklace would look spectacular on a black turtleneck!

I also think the sea turtle lanyard is delightful. Your friend will love it!
