Tatting along, close a ring, and the thread just.....comes apart.
Oh well, I will have to try and fix it tomorrow if I am not clearing my mom's driveway
(she doesn't drive so it's not a necessity, just a desire).
I have seen many tatters with chocolate posted with their tatting. Well....my mother-in-law gave me this on Sunday. It's a chocolate scented teddy bear(no calories!!!). So cute, and a pretty mug for my homemade cocoa(I sure am getting a collection to have my cocoa in)!! :)
Have a happy tatting week and to all those in the snowy areas, be safe!!!
They are predicting another 6-9 inches in our area over the next 2 days-nothing surprising.

This looks like a pretty trim. Too bad about the break, when I did that my husband thought something was really wrong and I must have been stress out :)
I know you'll fix that bit of tatting in no time! No snow for us, just the cold. I do like snow, but I would prefer it to be about 20 degrees warmer right now!
I think we can all relate to your tatting
We saw pictures of the snow on our news, stay safe and warm
Margaret
Oh that's a shame, I hope you can sort it out without too much hassle. Pretty colour, the thread.
Thanks everyone!!
Madtatter80, I didn't even pull hard at all, the thread just came apart.
Diane, I agree about the extreme cold this year and they just said it's going all the way to the bottom of the states, but they won't be near as cold as we are.
Margaret, I will post a few pictures, but seriously our snow hasn't been as much as last year so I am doing my best not to complain. :)
Thanks Jane, I will! :)
oh yuk.. you can never tell when the thread is going to pull apart. lovely color fiber, tho.
stay warm!!! It is bitter cold here, and had been snowing around 8pm ... Where oh where is spring?
I know Lelia!! Oh well, if it didn't pull apart it would probably break or fray. :)
I have been staying warm, but I have this feeling I will have to venture out today to at least find my steps in case of an emergency. :)
