2012 25 Motif Challenge: Motif # 7

Motif #7 is the Cobweb Doily from Tatting Doilies & Edgings edited by Rita Weiss. It's tatted in size 40 Tat-ilicious Pink/Purple/Blue variegated HDT and size 40 Lizbeth Lilac Dk. I love how the colors go so well together!! :)

And I tatted up more of the Valentine Earrings
from: http://allcraftsblogs.com/tatting_patterns/valentine_earings_tatting_pattern/valentines_earings_tatting_pattern.html
These are done in size 4o Lizbeth Purple Iris Fusion and purple petite glass beads. And one set has already been claimed.
I have also been working on another project and hope that one is done this week. And my mother-in-law lives in an senior adult apartment complex and all the ladies there are asking to see what I make...so the project in mind is to figure out how to make some type of display or photo album.
Have a great day!!! :)

Very pretty little doily. Those colors are very Easter-ish! I'm not big on wearing earrings, but those are super cute and I'd wear 'em.

As for a display, I have mounted my pieces on card stock, slipped them in page protectors and put the pages in a large binder.

You have lots of lovely pieces. I just discovered your blog. The passionata doily is stunning. I do not blame your daughter for claiming it.
