On Apr. 1, 2022 I ordered a butterfly shuttle from Etsy.
it says it would be delivered by Apr. 25(yesterday). They
got a shipping label around the 16th, yet it hasn't been
received by the post office yet, and they decided to take
a break(according to Etsy), so I can't contact them and
just have to sit and wait and see if I get my shuttle.
So frustrated!!

That is frustrating! My daughter does some Etsy selling and buying. She is often frustrated with the power of the comment and rating. She has had success in a kind message even if the person is taking a break; as in, "I hope you're not giving up because of a bad experience with Etsy or a buyer/seller." Perhaps that might get word on your shuttle.
