This year's craft show

I only participated in one craft show this year.

I went simple and really didn't tat anything extra.
I did tat 2 pair of Christmas tree earrings this year
adding tiny gold star and silver star beads on top.
I believe both pair sold.
Our daughter has the carved "stones" on the white
table behind mine.
And, I did tat 4 crosses to see how well they would
do this year, and I sold 3. So, next year I will hope-
fully have a larger selection.

And, I had an older lady tell me she used to tat(needle),
and she said I inspired her and she was going to go home
and get her needle out, or maybe get a shuttle and try.
And the exciting part was during the last hour when a
young lady whom I bought this Christmas star from:
Wanted to learn to tat, so...we spent the last hour
tatting!! :)
She is left handed, but since I was able to teach my
left handed niece it wasn't too hard, and she was
catching on quickly, but had to figure her own way
to work with the shuttle.
By the time everyone was packing up she had about
6 stiches and a picot done. I left her with the shuttle
and little bit of thread, along with my card so she can
call if her parents agree to let her and we can tat together.
This picture was taken very quickly, but you can see.

I have also been working on plastic canvas Christmas
gifts and here are a few:
For our daughter:
For her friend:
For one of my friends:
(It's actually navy blue not black around it)
And several more, not quite finished, but close and
still working on them.

Hope you are having a great start to your week, and
that you find some tatting time!! :)
