Row 4 of Tat-a-Renda's Harmony Doily done!

The colors seem to be showing up about true to 

real life.  I really like the combination!!
Again, it's size 40 Lizbeth Purple Dk. and AlenAlea's 

HDT Artic.

We have had a crazy and pretty busy week.  We 

have 3 new bookshelves to start getting some DVDs 

and maybe some of my old VHS video tapes(yep, I 

still have lots hanging around, and getting another 

VCR to play them on). 
Looks like my hubby will be off work another 2 to

3 months or longer.  The eye is healing slowly, but 

not enough to drive semi trucks.  So, he is getting 

to watch me tat and he helped choose the colors for 

this doily and did a wonderful job from someone 

who is terrible with colors!!  ;)

A little progress on the Harmony Doily and new threads

The colors are really hard to get a good picture of.
On my jeans you can see the dark purple a lot better.

 On my hand the HDT shows better.
In person they look great together!!  ;)

 I got a chance to get in on Handy Hands Christmas 

in July in the last week and was able to order my 

preferred size 40 thread.  I picked several colors 

am happy!!  I even received a free pen.  ;)
Oh, all the temptation of new colors!!!!!!!

Starting Tat-a-Renda's new Harmony Doily

I wanted something different to do and Tat-a-Renda 

put out the first 2 rows and the temptation was too 

much to resist.
I am using size 40 HDT from AlenAlea called Artic, 

and Lizbeth Purple Dk.
The colors don't show well in the photo, but in person 

they look good.  And, believe it or not, my hubby chose 

both colors.  ;)

Another test tatting necklace

This is Elaine P. Gan's Cheery Necklace.
Tatted in size 20 Lizbeth Snow White with (if I 

read the label right) size 6.0 seed beads which are 

pink/blue or pink/purple depending on how you 

at them.

 It needs a chain to finish it.

Hmmm...what am I going to work on tatting next??

A bracelet and earrings

I test tatted another choker for Elaine P. Gan, but I 

liked the design and decided I wanted mine to be 

a bracelet.  ;)

 And, our daughter has a friend visiting and she 

bought a pair of my Ice Drop earrings, and a pair 

of Small Maple Leaf earrings, and then requested 

a pair of the Small Maple Leaf earrings tatted in 

Yarnplayer's Snowflake HDT, so I got busy today 

and here they are!!!  :)
