Tatting accomplished over the weekend

Using up thread on mini beaded starflowers.
Only 1/4 of this next round left on the snowman(I know....it's not a snowman yet-plenty of work to actually make a snowman--especially without snow).  :)
Oh, and today I started another doily.
Hope you had a wonderful weekend!!!  :)
Hope you have a wonderful week and get some tatting time!!!  :)

I love those mini beaded flowers! Not much snow here, just a dusting. We haven't seen enough to build a snowman yet this year.

What will you do with those starflowers? Cute name.

Thank you Diane!! :) I am finding your snow for you, and if what they say is going to happen tonight....I am thankful I am not planning on going anywhere tomorrow....6-10 inches possible overnight.
Thank you Bernice!! :) I am thinking they would be cute earrings that is why I am making pairs, but I also think if I make some later, I might join two side points to make a necklace sometime. We shall see.

Pretty, but just look at all those ends! How do you deal with them?

Beautiful beaded flowers :). And wow on the beautiful doily if you've only just started :). Looks like you're a fast tatter :).

Did you invent the starflowers? I really like them! Very pretty.

Thank you everyone!!! :)
Fox...ummmm...I wait till the end and sew them in(that is my downfall in tatting-cuz' it's not tatting). :)
Madtatter80, the stars aren't for the snowman, just something to use up thread on shuttles., but the doily looking piece is part of the snowman(a very large suncatcher snowman in the works). :)
Jenn, that "doily" was started and left way back in October 2014 and is just now getting some real attention again. I WANT this done(too tired of talking about it!)!!! :)
Jane McLellan, I didn't invent the starflowers. They were from the Beaded Flower pattern from Corina Meyfeldt at CM-Handmade: http://cmhandmade.blogspot.com.es/2013/07/pattern-for-beaded-flower.html I used half the stitch counts and only 3 beads on the top of the center rings, and only 5 rings instead of six(I was using up thread on shuttles).

That's so many changes it counts as an adaptation!!

Your flowers are lovely, and the snowman is progressing well. Can't wait to see the doily you've started.

Love the star flowers,
New doily looking lovely,
No snow here yet and don't want it, it's been too mild for the time of year, but getting colder as the days go on

Thank you Margaret!! :)
We have plenty of snow now. It likes to come in truckloads then disappear for awhile and then another truckload. Yesterday was one of the truckload days and I planned on staying in all day and trying to get housework and everything done, but....my mom's furnace quit and I spent the day there with furnace repair guys who informed me that it wasn't safe to run and we had to replace it now! So....over $3,000 later(which of course we don't have) she has a new furnace and today I get to go spend the day there again while they do the actual hook up(they put it in temporary so she could have heat last night-thankfully since temperatures were around 0 F last night).
