For those wondering. The last Ice Drop I made
was with a smaller gem. The beads I am using
for the Ice Drop earrings are below it,
the bigger mob of gems are regular Ice Drop
gems showing how greatly they vary,
and the last is one of the beads I used for the
orange earrings(wanna-be Ice Drops). :)
Hope this helps someone. :)

I've been watching your addiction grow and diversify and enjoying the posts. Sorry haven't been able to comment regularly.
Keep dropping new ones - very pretty & great colours :-))))
Thank you!! :)
People get busy so don't worry! :)
You must have to be flexible with the stitch count, but I guess once you've learnt the principle, you can adapt it to different 'drops'.
Yes Jane. I am still learning. This was mostly to show that the regular Ice Drop gems are too big and quite heavy for earrings and the beads I am using are smaller and lighter.
Beautiful gems for the ice drops
Thank you!! :)
The beads are lighter and they are more uniform, which makes it much easier to maintain a stitch count. I love everything you've done so far! Isn't it fun to find the colors to go with the gems?
Thank you very much Diane!!! :) Yes, it's fun finding color combos. I have threads with gems sitting out all in a row waiting to be tatted.
