I found a package of unique lights which I don't
remember buying and I thought the snowman
needed something at night, so here he is! :)
Our daughter is so sweet!! She knows I love my
homemade cocoa and she spoiled me yesterday!
She bought me these two really neat mugs!
These will get great use over the next couple of
weeks and maybe longer, because we are expecting
very cold temperatures and continuing snow fall.
Happy tatting everyone!!!! :)

You are definitely the Tatted Snowcatcher Expert! I am amazed how you envisioned taking a card holder and transforming it into a large suncatcher! The lights give Santa a dazzling display!
Who wouldn't love homemade hot chocolate in these great mugs!
Have a Happy and Merry Christmas!
Thank you Kathy!!! :)
Your post & pics warm my heart :-) Enjoy !!!
Thank you muskaan!! :)
Just coming back to let you (and others) know that I must have just awakened from a nap when I wrote my comment above! I see I wrote 'snowcatcher' when I meant 'suncatcher', although 'snowcatcher' is sort of appropriate in this case! And he is a Snowman and not 'Santa', but he has kind of a Santa hat!
Hope you're not getting more snow, and if you do, please don't send it to Pittsburgh (we've escaped so far). It's bad enough we've had very cold temperatures! I like a White Christmas, as long as the snow is only an inch on the grass! Then I'd prefer 50 degrees for the rest of winter!
Always enjoy your posts and creativity!
Kathy, I do believe you had it right the first time!! :) I love calling it a snowcatcher...and yes, we are getting snow yet and we are supposed to get snow for about the next 8 days with Sunday bringing much, much more snow. I love the snow because for me, it's not winter without it-and I am a human popsicle normally. Everyone I know can tell you that I am always cold. So....maybe calling this a snowcatcher is why we are finally getting snow!!! :) Thanks for the help in naming! :) Oh, and just so you know, there is a Santa to gain tatting in the future! :)
I love your snowcatcher :) and you'll get great use of those new mugs. I just finished a hot chocolate here at -22 C.
Thank you very much Bernice!! :)
I hope you enjoyed your hot chocolate!! :)
Kathy got it right! I love your snow catcher! I'm ready for more snow, too. Last Sunday's 3" was fun, but I'm ready for more!
Diane, I agree! Thank you!!! :) Looks like we are in the same snowbelt area for Sunday so I hope you get a lot too!! :)
