"Real" Ice Drop Earrings!! :)

I had a friend ask if the Ice Drops could be earrings, 

and I told her that the glass gems(stones or whatever 

you call them) are quite heavy and I didn't think they 

would be good for earrings.  So...I had to go in search 

of something close that would work, and I found these 

beads at JoAnn's(used to say JoAnn Fabrics).

This is the front.

The beads are not see through.

 This is the back.

 They are glass beads.

The tatting is a little loose, but nothing for me to 

worry about, the beads will not fall out.

 Again, I used size 40 thread for these and my own 

stitch count(at least there are actually 6 points).
