Another quilting thread motif in a different color

Here is another motif from Tatting Patterns and Designs by Gun Blomqvist and Elwy Persson.  It's Star #2 from page39.
It's tatted in another quilting thread.  I think I really like this colorway!!!  I have to figure something else to tat with it.  :)  Oh, I don't believe it's tatted correctly.  I followed the pattern, but the picture seems to have the center all joined to one picot and the center chains joined too.  Oh well, I like it the way it is.  :)

    I like this color way! The motifs in your previous posts where you combined different threads are also very interesting. Did you find it difficult to work with multiple threads held together?

    It really wasn't too difficult to tat with the multiple threads, but I was really afraid that I might make a mistake and have to take it out-I feared that would be awful!! :)
