Bookmarks with heavy beads & tassels

This first bookmark was supposed to be longer, but
I was running out of thread so it's for a pocket
prayer book .
The next two bookmarks are from the book
Tatted Bookmarks Needle & Shuttle edited by
Barbara Foster.

These next 2 are inspired from the book Tatting
Patterns by Mary Konior.  The first is inspired from
the Interlocking Clovers(and this is my favorite).
This one was inspired by Sweethearts.  :)
All of these are tatted with size 20 Lizbeth Rainbow
Splash and size 40 of the solids.
The beads on the 4 larger bookmarks are very heavy
so if you put them at the top of the book with the bookmark
completely inside then they work fine.
Happy Tatting everyone!!!  :)

  5. They are all lovely indeed. I've never considered using heavy beads in my bookmarks, so you've opened my eyes to new possibilities.

  6. Thank you Eliz!!! :)
I would never have used the heavy beads, but they came with the tassels and I just thought I would try something, plus I knew the colors would go well with the Rainbow Splash thread. :)
