25 #2 Motif # 15 Diamond Triangles

I received this beautiful thread from Heather(The Tarnished Tatter). It's her HDT Harvest Time size 30. I really wanted something that would show off the beauty in the colors so I tatted this antique pattern. It's from the DMC Library Tatting from the antique pattern library. It's PLATE IV. #23. They have it in triangles, but I joined the triangles closely so that I could see as much color together as possible. I am hoping to join more and make a small doily.

    Oh, that's SO pretty. I found a very old pattern once which uses two triangles to make a diamond shape. I made lots of mats using that!!! I love those colours too. Stunning.
